YES, the clock arrived today and it is indeed a work of art! Lisa LOVES it (she actually blew it a kiss!) and smiles every time she looks at it, which is most of the time. We even had our neighbor in to see it and she thought it was a beautiful piece. If we hear of anyone looking for unique clocks, we will pass your name and email address to them; I've added your business card to my file (thanks).
We needed this pick-me-up because we just found out today that a good friend of ours has a brain tumor and possibly bone cancer. She's already lost a breast to cancer a few years ago and recently had a minor heart attack; she's only 53, way too young to have so many devastating things happen to her.
Lisa made it through chemo treatment #6 this week. She is a little saddened that her CA125 level went up to 30 (had been 12), but is trying to look at the bright side. Other than that, she is doing okay. Thanks so much for asking about her AND for your prayer support. That is so sweet of you!
